Pastoral Care Visitation Ministry
The members of the Visitation Ministry take Communion to homebound, elderly and hospitalized parishioners and community members. We are looking for referrals of homebound, elderly and hospitalized people who would like the Eucharist brought to their home or hospital bed. If you would like a visit, or know someone who would, please contact us!

Hispanic Issues Committee
Knowing that "We are the Church," and recognizing that language is often a barrier for the Spanish speaking community, a group of bilingual parishioners of the 1:00 PM community come together to provide orientation and information about specific social, legal and educational issues for the Spanish speaking community.

Hospitality Ministry
Join this team of volunteers who assist with hospitality for parish gatherings -- clergy celebrations, anniversaries, sacramental receptions, parish socials, etc. Assistance includes decorating, offering hospitality, setup and cleanup of buffet table and kitchen cleanup. Volunteer as often as once a month or on occasion. If you are new to the parish, this is a fun way to get involved and meet lots of people.

Funeral Reception Ministry
A true expression of care and condolence, these volunteers provide families who have lost a loved ones with peace of mind knowing the reception is taken care of from setup to cleanup. A typical event involves setting up a coffee station, setting out food and replenishing the buffet table, and kitchen and reception space cleanup. Food is provided by the family -- most use caterers. Being a part of this ministry is a wonderful gift to grieving families. Funerals are typically scheduled mid-day during the week and on Saturdays. Team coordinator and members are needed.

Gay, Lesbian, Friends & Family Ministry
We work in parish social justice and community ministries to help build an affirming parish community where all people experience God's promise and love. We participate in several parish activities (e.g. breakfast), while also supporting our GLBT brothers and sisters. All are welcome to work with GLBT community members and their allies.

Picnic Committee
This committee is responsible for planning the annual parish picnic each September. If you enjoy working with people and planning social get-togethers, we warmly welcome you to contribute your talents and ideas to this ministry. Tasks range from transporting supplies to cooking hotdogs to planning games for children to helping with shopping to promoting the event! A call for volunteers is made about a month before the event -- watch the bulletin for details!
Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry is a pastoral program designed to provide Christ-centered, high-quality, and confidential care for those in our parish who are struggling with a difficult time in life. Stephen Ministers meet one-on-one with their care receivers once a week to listen to, support and pray (as requested) with them as they cope with a variety of life-challenging situations, such as: loss of a loved one, chronic or terminal illness, job loss, transition or retirement, separation, divorce or loneliness, or any number of similar life crises If you are interested in seeing whether a Stephen Minister would be a good fit for you, contact the pastor or one of the parish Stephen Leaders listed below. Sunday Morning Fellowship
Join us after Sunday morning Masses (8, 9:30 & 11:15) in Fr. Ray Hall for continental breakfast. Volunteers are needed to help with setup and cleanup; for the Mass you attend or for all three Masses on the weekends you can help. Great way to meet fellow members.

Welcome Committee
If you enjoy meeting new people and are by nature a congenial person, this is the volunteer position for you. Members are dedicated to offering a warm greeting to all as the congregation gathers for worship. Committee members acknowledge visitors with a simple gift, register regular attendees, and welcome new members. They also enhance the Usher/Greeter ministry.
